On behalf of the Abortion Committee, Oslo Economics has assessed the economic consequences of the committee’s proposed changes to the abortion law, as well as other measures related to improved information, increased competence in healthcare services, and more knowledge about abortion in Norway.

The Norwegian Competition Authority’s decision on alleged unlawful information exchange between publishers overturned 

Oslo Economics assisted the law firms Kvale, Thommessen, and Wikborg Rein, who represented the publishers Vigmostad & Bjørke, Gyldendal, and Aschehoug both during the Norwegian Competition Authority’s (NCA) handling of the case and as experts during the tribunal proceedings.
