Framework agreement with DG Competition of the European Commission

Oslo Economics, in cooperation with the law firm Wikborg Rein, has entered a framework agreement with the Directorate-General for Competition (DG Competition) of the European Commission.  

The framework agreement covers both general and specific aspects of policy review and development projects related to competition and state aid (Articles 101 to 109 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union). Services under the framework agreement include evaluation support studies, impact assessment studies, and involvement for the Commission’s preparation of analytical reports and policy briefs. 

This framework agreement is an acknowledgment of Oslo Economics’ expertise in the areas of competition, state aid, and policy evaluations.

Oslo Economics is widely recognized for its experience and competence in evaluating policy performance, effectiveness, and relevance. This includes identification of causal relationships, estimation of effects, and the assessment of effects against the specific objectives of policy measures.
