Electronic communication in public procurement

The Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (Difi) has assigned Oslo Economics to conduct an economic evaluation of electronic competition tools that allows commercial operators to make bids in tenders electronically. In December 2011, the European Commission published a proposal for a new directive on public procurement. The Commission proposes that parts of the procurement process should be conducted electronically.
