Evaluation of competitive tendering of highway ferries

The purpose of putting ferry services out to tender has been to achieve better transport services and renewal of the fleet. Oslo Economics will evaluate whether the objectives were achieved and suggest measures for the next round of tenders.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is the client for this study.
