On behalf of the Ministry of Culture, Oslo Economics will assess the literature and language policy instruments governed by the Norwegian state. The assessment is a collaboration with Simonsen law firm and the professors Christian Riis and Espen R. Moen from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).
