Upgrading of Customs and Excise computer systems

Each year, the Directorate of Customs and Exice determines and collects taxes and fees for about 80 billion using their computer system TVIST. The system is getting old and must be upgraded. Oslo Economics and Promise are currently conducting an economic analysis of various options for the upgrade.
