We are pleased to welcome Karl Rikard Løvhaug to Oslo Economics.

Karl Rikard will strengthen Oslo Economics further within the competition and regulatory economics. He is an economist with a background both from the Norwegian Competition Authority and from the Ministry of Transport. Karl Rikard begins on 1 March 2011.
