Personnel costs at NOK 59 billion in the Norwegian specialist health care

The Ministry of Health has established a technical advisory board to analyze Norwegian hospital activities and costs. The Directorate of Health (secretariat) assigned Oslo Economics to analyze the significant personnel costs in 2009, including changes in wages and staffing.
