Increased need for government purchases of postal and banking services

In a study for the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Oslo Economics has concluded that state purchases of postal and banking services will increase if the postal market is liberalized. Government purchases will also increase due to future drop in the demand for postal and banking services.
