Norwegian Air Shuttle awarded a compensation of NOK 160 million from SAS

17.03.2010 - Uncategorized

The Norwegian Civil Court of Appeal has decided that SAS must pay a compensation of NOK 160 million plus court costs for industrial espionage. In May 2008 the district court ruled that SAS had to pay NOK 132 million, but the case was appealed by both parties.

In both courts Oslo Economics’ Rolf Sverre Asp and Ove Skaug Halsos have assisted Norwegian in calculating the financial loss.
