Magne Krogstad Asphjell holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a PhD in Economics from the same institution. Through his research, Magne has specialised on econometrics, both applied microeconometrics and simulation based econometrics. He has worked on a number of topics, including investment, employment and pricing dynamics in Norwegian industry manufacturers and effects of social networks on the timing of births in Sweden. At Oslo Economics, Mange has worked on large scale empirical analyses, competition analyses, assessments and reports within both private and public sector. Magne is especially well qualified for working with large quantities of data, extracting and presenting insights based on quantitative methods.
