Johanne Thoen Hansen holds a MSc in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). In Oslo Economics, Johanne has worked on projects related to health, education, social services, and the labor market. She has experience in handling and analyzing registry data, leading and analyzing interviews, and presenting results in an engaging manner.
During her studies, Johanne completed a semester abroad at Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Buenos Aires. She wrote her master thesis in labor economics, where she investigated the effect of local labor demand on the uptake of disability insurance in Norway. During her studies she worked parttime as a research assistant at Chr. Michelsen Institute.
