On 6 October, a judgment from the Court of Appeal concluded that Frogn municipality in Norway had granted aid to a municipally owned gym (Bølgen) in a way that could distort competition. Thus, the aid is contrary to EU/EEA state aid regulations. Oslo Economics assisted Arntzen de Besche with economic analyses related to the aid granted by the municipality.
