Merger cleared between TGS and PGS in Norway

Analysis of the marginal costs of activity growth in the Norwegian specialist health service

Oslo Economics, in collaboration with Sverre Kittelsen (Frisch Centre), Kjartan Sarheim Anthun (SINTEF) and Jon Magnussen (NTNU), has calculated the marginal costs associated with increasing the activity levels in the Norwegian specialist health service. The study is part of the foundation for the Norwegian government’s recently announced healthcare plan and has been conducted on the behalf of the Ministry of Health and Care Services.

New framework agreement with DG Competition: Economic assessment in State aid cases 

Oslo Economics, in collaboration with Schjødt, has entered into another framework agreement with the Directorate-General for Competition (DG Competition) of the European Commission.  
Under this framework agreement, Oslo Economics and Schjødt will provide expert support to DG Competition in state aid cases. This includes assessments of various types of transactions involving the use of State resources, such as equity investments, loans, guarantees, or sales.
