Nora Hotvedt holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Oslo. In her master thesis she studied the relation between income and inflation for private households, through calculating heterogeneous price indices. In relation with the work on her master thesis, Nora has collaborated with Statistics Norway (SSB) on a project concerning methods of measurement of child poverty in Norway. Besides her studies, she has worked with education of macroeconomic topics through a student position in the Norwegian central bank (Norges Bank). In Oslo Economics Nora has worked with knowledge acquisition on digital voting systems and evaluation of the National Archives’ conservation strategy.
