Government procurement of postal services increases costs

Oslo Economics has studied how the costs of government procurement of postal services evolve up to 2025 given different assumptions about competition in the market. The report is commissioned for Postkom and is an update of a similar analysis from 2010 that was made for the Ministry of Transport and Communication.
