Oslo Economics is on behalf of The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) assessing the geographical distribution of investments in public roads. The investments that are subject of our assessment have taken place during the last two periods of National Transport Plan (2006-2009 and 2010 – 2013).
