There is a potential for exploiting public sector data better than today. Increased access to data, through lower prices or generally to make the data more accessible, provide positive economic impacts in society and allows for more innovation.
The report has been prepared by Oslo Economics for the Ministry of Government Administration and Reform, in collaboration with the consulting firm Nexia and the law firm Arntzen de Besche.
