We have the pleasure of welcoming four new, skilled economists to Oslo Economics. They have an experience and educational background that complements and extends the expertise of our team, that will strengthen Oslo Economics further.
Elias Braunfels has a doctorate (PhD) in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and is a specialist in applied statistical and econometric analysis. He begins at Oslo Economics in January.
Kirsten Grebstad is an economist from Copenhagen University and NTNU. She comes from a position as a senior adviser at the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, where she has been responsible for the regulation of utility companies, law-making, retail market, incorporation and implementation of EU legislation and monitoring of large power line projects. Kirsten starts at Oslo Economics in March.
Kristina Bott has a doctorate (PhD) in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and comes from a research position (postdoc) at the Christian Michelsen Institute. She has, using economic experiments, researched what motivates people to pay taxes. Kristina begins at Oslo Economics in June.
Susanna Sten Gahmberg comes from a research position (postdoc) at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), where she also has taken her doctorate (PhD). The theme of her PhD thesis is education / labor economics. Susanna begins at Oslo Economics in September.
