Analysis of the effects of competitive tendering

Together with The Work Research Institute and Actecan, Oslo Economics is analysing effects of competitive tendering. The analysis is done on behalf of the Ministry of Labour. The analysis assesses how tendering affects employees’ pension conditions, wages, working hours, changes in the workforce and work environment.

We compare the effects with corresponding conditions for public employees performing similar services.
