The Court of Appeal has given the Norwegian taxi company Norgestaxi fully upheld in the case against the City of Oslo. They must pay the taxi company compensation of NOK 10.5 million and must also cover the legal costs of NOK 1.5 million. Oslo Economics has assisted Norgestaxi in connection with the treatment in the court of appeal.
