Can teacher training contribute to better learning and social development among children in Malawi?

This is what we aim to find out in the coming years, in collaboration with Save the Children, which will be testing a teachers’ continuous professional development program at 56 randomly selected schools in the two districts Mchinji and Balaka. Anders has started the first data collection, together with our colleagues at TLT (Tsogolo La Thanzi).

The study is being carried out in collaboration with Laura Derksen from the Frisch Centre and Professor Elizabeth Kamchedzera at the University of Malawi. We look forward to the continuation!
