Oslo Economics, Terramar and Hospitalitet have conducted a quality assurance for Sørlandet sykehus HF’s plan for developing the hospital until 2030 (Utviklingsplan 2030).
According to the plan, the hospital in Kristiansand should be defined as the main hospital in the region, while keeping the hospitals in Arendal and Flekkefjord. Major investments in buildings are necessary during the next 15 years.
Our quality assurance report remarks some minor flaws in the development plan, but concludes that the overall quality is good enough to make decisions based on the plan. The board of directors of Sørlandet sykehus HF met at February 5th, and decided that they will work in the direction recommended in the development plan.
