Oslo Economics is assisting the Agency for Public Management and eGovernment  (Difi) on guiding the public secor on realising benefits of electronic procurement processes. As part of the assignment, Oslo Economics will develop guidelines and list possible improvements that can be achieved from different measures for digital procurement processes.
