Centralization of IT functions in governmental bodies

The Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (Difi) has assigned Oslo Economics a study of possible functions within ICT and procurement that may be suitable for joint solutions. Examples are the increased use of collaboration between governmental bodies, sector solutions and central purchasing arrangements.
