Oslo Economics will assist Riksrevisjonen, the Office of the Auditor General of Norway, in a study of the assessment basis for public initiatives.
In this study, we will examine whether ministries assessment of public initiatives gives Stortinget, the Norwegian Parliament, a sufficient basis for decision making.
