Oslo Economics AS has taken up Marit Svensgaard and Magne Krogstad Asphjell as new partners.
Marit and Magne are both economists from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).
Marit is an experienced project manager within the area of policy and economics. Marit has extensive work experience in industrial economics and evaluations, including analysis related to competition, public procurement, innovation and public private partnership. Her industry expertise includes healthcare, pharmaceuticals and ICT.
Marit has been employed by the company since 2010.
Magne holds a PhD (PhD) from the Department of Economics at NHH. Through his research, Magne has specialised on econometrics, both applied microeconometrics and simulation based econometrics. He has worked on a number of topics, including investment, employment and pricing dynamics in Norwegian industry manufacturers and effects of social networks on the timing of births in Sweden. At Oslo Economics, Mange has worked on large scale empirical analyses, competition analyses, assessments and reports within both private and public sector. Magne is especially well qualified for working with large quantities of data, extracting and presenting insights based on quantitative methods. Magne has been employed by the company since 2013.
