A safe and efficient conduct of elections is an important part of our democracy. Oslo Economics has been commissioned by the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation (KMD) to evaluate the Ministry’s work on the conduct of municipal and county council elections 2015. The evaluation will provide the basis for improvement and optimization of the Ministry’s work, to ensure high quality in conduct of elections in the future. Photo: Lars Røed Hansen
