The Competition Authority has announced the allotment of in total 5 millon NOK to research projects within the field of competition law and economics. Oslo Economics has been selected as one of the institutions that will receive funding.
The funds awarded to Oslo Economics will go to research on a project named “UPP framework for analyzing price effects of structural changes with vertical components”. The project will last until 2016.
The NCA states that stimulating activity and developing more research environments within the field of competition has been important factors in the funding decision. Oslo Economics are glad to be considered as important contributors within competition economics.
