The Norwegian Competition Authority has decided that Lemminkäinen Norway’s acquisition of Mesta Industry is allowed on condition that Lemminkäinen sells part of its operations in northern Norway. The Authority announced earlier this spring that they would stop the acquisition.
Oslo Economics has assisted Lemminkäinen in connection with the Competition Authority’s administrative procedures.
