On behalf of Business Region Gothenburg, Oslo Economics is conducting an assessment of the assumptions for economic effects of the high speed train network COINCO North.
With COINCO North, all the Scandinavian countries will have cross-border high-speed trains which will give effects across national borders. We will identify possible effects of high-speed train, based on a Scandinavian perspective.
