Line Bakken holds a Master’s degree in economics from the University of Oslo and Humboldt Universität zu Berlin. She has her work background from the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Norwegian Railway Directorate and other consultancies. Line has extensive experience with assessments in relations to major public investment projects, particular within transportation markets. Line has carried out many different types of analysis: evaluations, surveys and cost-benefit analysis of measures, instruments and initiatives. In Oslo Economics, Line has worked with analysis in several sectors and areas. From the Norwegian Railway Directorate, Line has considerable experience with assessments and economic analysis related to rail passenger service tenders.
