Karl Edvard Johannson is an economist with a Master’s degree (MSc) in Applied Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Busniess Administration from NHH. As a consultant at Oslo Economics, he has worked on various projects for different clients, particularly related to health and health technology, social services, and public services. Through this work, Edvard has gained extensive experience with both quantitative and qualitative methods. He has expertise in analyzing large datasets, developing models, and conducting and analyzing surveys and in-depth interviews.

In his master’s thesis, he studied how regional industrial structure influences political interests in the Norwegian Parliament using machine learning programs to analyze parliamentary speeches. He also has international experience, with an academic background that also includes England, France, and Portugal.
