Eyvind Søraa holds an Msc. in Economics from the University of Oslo, specialising in labor economics and econometrics. Eyvind has extensive experience from analyses and project work. He specialises in socio-economic analyses and analyses within the framework for cost-benefit analyses in the Norwegian public sector. Eyvind is used to quantitative work and is adept in established methods for economic analyses within the various fields he works in. He has particular expertise in the fields of transportation economics, where he has done extensive work with rail, ferry, and road projects. Eyvind also has experience with the Norwegian government’s quality assurance program (KS1) for large public investment projects.
