Linda Østergren

Linda Østergren holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Bergen. She has also been a PhD candidate at the same institution, where she has specialized in econometrics, health and education. In her PhD thesis she has conducted research on how various policy changes aimed at children affect their health and school performance later in life. Linda has experience from two international research projects in health economics that were funded by the EU. In these projects she worked with research questions related to task shifting among health care professionals and treatment of patients with multimorbidity. In Oslo Economics Linda has worked with cost-benefit analysis and evaluations. Linda is specialized in quantitative analysis of register data, but she can also use qualitative methods. She also has experience with supervision and teaching at bachelor and master level.
