Ingrid Engebretsen

Ingrid Engebretsen is a graduate economist from the University of Oslo (UiO) with a specialization in methods. She is currently completing her PhD at the Faculty of Medicine (UiO) on prescription and adherence to lipid lowering medication in Norway. She is affiliated with the research group NORCOR at Drammen Hospital. At Oslo Economics, Ingrid primarily works with research and analysis in the health and welfare sectors. She has worked on numerous registry data analyses where she has  examined epidemiology, disease burden, and treatment of various diseases. She has also worked extensively with health and welfare services for vulnerable groups, education and staffing of healthcare personnel, and health economic analyses. Ingrid is particularly interested in data processing and quantitative methods, but she also has extensive experience with qualitative methods such as interviews and literature reviews.
