Elisabeth Rustøen Skregelid holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from the University of Oslo (UiO), with a specialization in microeconomics and econometrics. In her thesis she studied the effects of a training program on sick leave among employees in the Norwegian Child Welfare Services. Through this work, she aquired skills in management and analysis of large data sets. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in social anthropology from the same institution, with an exchange at University College London (UCL). Previous work experience include a student position in the Finance Supervisory Authority of Norway (FSA) and teaching in international economics at UiO. Moreover, she was an intern in Oslo Economics in the winter of 2022.
