The agreement means that TeliaSonera obtains ownership over Tele2\u2019s portfolio of customers and brands, including OneCall, MyCall and Tele2. Post-transaction, TeliaSonera\u2019s Norwegian business serves about 2.4 million customers. According to Dagens N\u00e6ringsliv, the value of the transaction is 4.5 billion Swedish kroner (SEK). After the NCA gave warning of stopping the acquisition, the parties have offered additional remedies. The remedies include a transfer of 90,000 corporate customers and network infrastructure to competitor ICE. In addition, TeliaSonera and ICE have agreed on a roaming contract.
