The seminar brought together researchers and professionals for a discussion on the current state of the service \u2013 and its future direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>General practitioner Liv Augestad shared experiences from clinical practice, and researchers Tor Iversen, Birgit Abelsen, Geir Godager, Johannes Tyrihjell, and Kine Pedersen presented research findings that shed light on developments in the general practitioner scheme. A panel discussion featuring Erik Magnus S\u00e6ther, Marte Kvittum Tangen, Nils Kristian Klev, Anne Jensen, and Ole Alexander Opdalshei contributed to a nuanced conversation on research and the road ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several indicators now point in a positive direction \u2013 with improved recruitment, strengthened funding, and increased satisfaction among general practitioners \u2013 but important challenges remain.
