Bj\u00f8rn has expertise in industrial organization and economic regulation, and he has particular knowledge of the telecommunications sector. Bj\u00f8rn has previously taught competition analysis at NHH. During his research career, Bj\u00f8rn has had publications in leading international journals in economics.
