Trygve Garmo has a MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen and a BSc in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics. Trygve has through his studies acquired a profound competence within empirical methods, industrial organization and applied microeconomics. His master thesis, which analysed the effect of resource abundance on local labor markets in Norway, allowed Trygve to gain valuable insight into the Norwegian petroleum industry and labor market economics. The work on the thesis also required Trygve to collect, process and analyse large amounts of data.
