Anne Stine Kaaen holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oslo (UiO), with a specialization in Development Economics. For her Master’s thesis, she conducted a field experiment with motorcycle taxis in Uganda. Through this work, she gained knowledge and experience in designing and implementing economic experiments as well as data analysis. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree Human Geography, and alongside her studies, she co-managed a Norwegian-Ugandan clothing business. Anne Stine also completed an internship at Norad in the Section for Statistics and Analysis, and has been a teaching assistant in Microeconomics at the University of Oslo.
