Åmund Lunde holds a degree in economics from the University of Oslo (Cand. oecon) and joined Oslo Economics as an Associate Partner in 2023. He has 30 years of experience in the Norwegian financial industry, and thus possesses exceptional expertise in insurance, risk management, macroeconomics, and financial markets. Åmund has work and leadership experience from several of the country’s leading insurance companies, including serving as CEO of Oslo Pensjonsforsikring, Director of the Public Sector Business Area in Storebrand Livsforsikring, and Group Director of Life Insurance and Chief Financial Officer at KLP Forsikring. Åmund has also worked as an analysis manager in the currency department of Den Norske Bank and has consulting experience from Econ. In addition to his work and leadership experience, Åmund has extensive experience from boards and committees in Finance Norway. He has strong analytical abilities, recognized leadership skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
