Aleksander has a master’s degree in both Economics and Philosophy, both from the University of Oslo. At Oslo Economics he works with economic analysis and management consulting in areas such as: major public investment decisions, environmental issues, culture and sports, as well as innovation and market analysis and public safety. Through his extensive studies and work-experience he embodies significant methodological competence in economics analysis, data collection and quantitative analysis. His fields of expertise also include strategic decision-making, financing-schemes and professional advice in the intersection between economic decisions and government- and municipal regulatory frameworks. Aleksander was formerly employed at the Central Bank of Norway (Norges Bank) and the Norwegian Defense Research Establishment (FFI).
